The Details, Clearly Stated
We believe in full transparency. Here's exactly what to know before enrolling.
- Payment in full is due at the time of service for all dental treatment.
- Enrollment fees are non-refundable once any treatment has been performed, including the first exam or cleaning.
- If you require 3–4 periodontal maintenance appointments per year, the first two are covered under the plan; remaining appointments qualify for the 15% discount.
- Non-surgical periodontal therapy (Scaling and Root Planing) is not included but is eligible for the 15% discount.
- This plan cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
- The savings plan does not apply to teeth whitening services.
*Initial enrollment includes ONE full mouth set of x-rays for adults and check-ups x-rays for children. Renewals will include ONE set of check- up x-rays per period until full mouth is deemed necessary to update.
